Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We take great pride in our watercolor and custom artwork, and we hope you love them as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below:
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on original artworks or custom pieces.
Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged item to process your claim. Once confirmed, we will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any items.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a custom order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, we may not be able to issue a refund due to the nature of custom work.
